Very good environment and very cheap price. We were three friends stayed in nalgree, soarha, cherapunji. As student we had very tight budget for hotel. But we got nalgree with very cheap rates. We paid for three persons only 1200 rupess Highly recommended

Had booked this through a tour operator. Reached at night. Took some time to check in and get into the room. There is no restaurant but they took the food order and we were told it would be delivered in the room. It took more than an hour to prepare the food and it came after number of reminders. The guest house was full and there were number of orders so it took the limited staff time to cook. However they could easily have anticipated this and told us. But the food was fresh and well made and tasty. Rooms were big but there is no AC or even fan. Luckily it wasn't needed as it was quite cold. Stayed for 2 nights. Our friend saw a small mouse in their room during the stay. Stay was comfortable and decent considering the low price. However would not highly recommend the place. Probably most places with low prices in 1.5k to 2k range would be similarly kept.

its best hotel for budget traveler. All basic facility available. Room rent from 2000. Location and staff very good. Anshuman Travels booked Room for us. We stay 3 nights at Nalgree Guest House. They have 2 property at cherapunji also

Nice hotel in our budget with great hospitality and the hotels environment was too good coz of the waterfalls falling behind and see it sitting on your balcony they serve food also which is very delicious becoz of the restaurant they are having aside the guest house where you can get north Indian and Bengali dishes.
